Interesting example of using AI to develop a theory of the universe.
The human believes he has developed a universal theory of how the universe works & asks AI to summarise it & then he corrects the AI to come up with the theory:

This is amazing to me. The human has arrived at a model of the universe using the AI to do all the complicated stuff that would otherwise need years of study.
What has been created can be tested with experiment & in principle removes the theoretical constructs of both dark matter & quantum gravity.
For AI technology that is in its infancy, this is amazing.
