My REIT spreadsheet as at 04-09-2022
I said that I wasn't going to post another of my REIT spreadsheets, such were some of the comments last time.
But perhaps against my better judgement, I've posted one, in response to a question that I've been asked on the HYP-P board. As the good folks here are generally more appreciative of these things, and may not spot the HYP-P post, it seems unfair to deprive you all of it.
So here it is, as of today. Unsual caveats: AIC REIT universe only; non-AIC data from Google Finance.

BCPT yield looks wrong, it distributes monthly rather than quarterly so that may be why.

So alert the AIC. If it's wrong there, it'll be wrong here.

Poster DavidM13 works for the AIC -- maybe start there.

Hi MDW,
I hope you're well. You're right - we are more appreciative. You're wrong - we're not good. Thanks for the information. I'd like, if I may, to suggest that you review your better judgement more often
Take care

Thanks for that. There are some massive discounts to NAV there and but for them a lot of these REITs would have very modest yields. That is the first thing that strikes me. These discounts have been a feature of some for some time now. I hold another which is not listed, Segro, which fell off its perch some months back when sentiment turned against 'big box' property companies.
Of those listed I hold only 3i Infrastructure.

@MDW1954
Thanks for posting. Im glad you have changed your mind. I find it interesting even if others wish to criticise aspects. Having just topped up RGL and EPIC its nice to see done on a big discount.
I did a double take on SREI another of my holdings on an even bigger discount than the other two mentioned. It was under consideration too but decided I wanted more monthly income from EPIC and I have topped up SREI previously.

So alert the AIC. If it's wrong there, it'll be wrong here.

AIC notified so hopefully it'll be corrected soon.

Speedy response received from AIC (actually DavidM13 I believe!) who says it is a Morningstar issue and has raised it with them.

Certainly, the company's own quarterly reports etc have a markedly higher yield.
Well done, and thank you: cleaner data is better data, from which we all benefit.

Just another note of thanks - this is a great resource that sparks me DMOR on some lines that look interesting.

Thank you. Well done! The spreadsheet is now showing a yield of 5.06%, for those who are curious.
