TUI versus TUID

#379341

Postby eepee » January 21st, 2021, 1:35 pm

Apologies if this is the wrong board but I do not know where to ask this.

I have never taken any 'extras' option for any reason until this time.

Becoming effective today, I now have in the portfolio two transactions marked for TUI with different Epics. I also notice that the Bid prices given are different.

Is this a temporary situation until such a time as the new shares are integrated with the main stream?
Or are they to exist as different for ever?

Regards,
ep

Hi ep - these will be your share rights as TUI is looking to raise capital and if you don't do anything, may lose them. See the topic here viewtopic.php?f=15&t=27214 as I had the same questions. You may have to be quick to make a decision.

Cheers, OLTB.

I stand to be corrected, but I believe in the TUI case it is use them. Or lose them and suffer the share dilution. Or exercise them. Or sell your shares with the rights attached. The rights are not aggregated and sold for those who do nothing. Not good.

Thank you all very much for your comments.

So it would appear that things will eventually be integrated.

Also diluted but somewhat offset by the fact that I did buy them.
