Really sticky double sided tape?

Hi, I am looking for a really sticky double sided tape. It needs to stay sticky while being exposed to the air. Any recommendation? Thanks.

The stuff you use to lay lino/vinyl on the floor. B&Q or similar.

Much though I hate being a sucker for TV ads ("it sure is tough, buddy..."), the Gorilla Tape that we used to repair a rip in a vinyl floor seems to be holding up excellently. I'm not sure whether exposure to the air would really make a difference either way to a tape's performance, but it certainly shrugs off water.
