many figures abound re failings of virus contact system...
ut
are the so called 'fails'..where people do not respond to contact messages...in which case their contact numbers are available,...and the system hasnt really failed??
or
are there no contact details available....in which case how do they know the failure rate numbers??

would guess a lot of these are where people gave false details
Went to a local cafe some before lockdown and they were passing round a sheet of paper for people to record their details on - There was a few Suspect names on it and I guess the phone numbers were wrong as well unless JR Ewing & Nichola Sturgon were really in Scunthorpe on the same day and had lunch in a cafe
