'Recently' i.e. last few months I have been seeing Facebook notification alerts (the Bell symbol), but when I click on Notifications I just see a greyed out list fading in and out. I'm using Chrome. I don't have the same issue on my elderly iPhone (iOS 9)
Any ideas??
