The flat is in a fully populated apartment block and not on the ground floor. Hell would have to freeze over before any of the pipes in that flat got anywhere near zero. (I agree though he should just turn the stat down and be done with it.). C.richlist wrote:I'm a landlord and I think what you have been asked to do is entirely reasonable.
