That's a good point.
But considering how we're killing off wild stocks due to overfishing, it's going to be a difficult principle to maintain.
After all, one can no longer buy free-range beef, or free-range lettuce. Although our local farmers' market has wild boar sausages which are very good.
Waitrose have smoked trout.
Oddly enough, trout is the only fish we don't buy, as I can't be doing with the bones.
