Do I have to pay this even if my car is in a car park all day?
I'm planning to drive into London on Monday, not use the car on Tuesday, then leave London on Wednesday.
So do I just need to pay for Monday & Wednesday?

You only have to pay to "drive" not "park".

No, nor the low emission zone charges...
