Mobile Phone App

I've recently downloaded the mobile phone app - it's pants.

I've had to reinstall it to gain access and it often (but not always) refuses to allow a payment unless I approve it through the app. Which is driving me nuts

Any help - and happy to remove the app completely to be honest as it's complete pants. Only installed it to tell the bank I would be using my debit card on holiday in Tenerife and I can't do that online or at the local branch.

I don't use swipe payments - pin only
