I have a problem with HL charts on chrome brower today. Do you mean the charts and performance tab - if so same here. I previously had problems picking comparisons, menus didn't work properly, problem went away in alternative browser. I have had some probs with my pop-up/cookie/ad blocking extensions on chrome so try alternative unprotected browsers.

Yes it was the charts and performance tab. I've had it working since. It was blank when the issue was happening.
I looked at one share which showed the discount graph but the price graph normally above it was missing.

Re: hl charts - are they working
Whole site is suffering. Yesterday my "amount available to invest" changed by hundreds of pounds over just a few minutes.
Today I got a shock when many of my holdings showed huge drops in price - I checked on London Stock Exchange site to find that no such drops had happened.
As examples:-
POLR - HL shows drop of 335P (actual drop 4p)
SMT - HL shows drop of 253P (actual drop 8.6P)
BGSN - HL shows drop of 590P (actual drop 2.4P)
Had to stop for a sweet cup of tea.
All above at time of writing.

You've got precognition there.
Now if only you could tell us when this crash will happen ...

This has been a problem for me the past couple of weeks. It should be noted that it is the chart on Charts and Performance tab, not the one on At a Glance tab.
I wrote to HL, and received this excellent, thorough reply:
"According to the specialists from our chart providers at Factset, it seems that the issue regarding the charts and performance tab not functioning correctly is due to a deprecation by Google Chrome, resulting in an inability to modify the document.domain field of which more information can be found here.
The HL app is modifying this field in order to enable push prices to be used in the chart because the price endpoint is running under a different sub-domain from the chart.
We are investigating to identify and produce a fix for the Google Chrome web version – however we aren’t able to guarantee a timeframe on a resolution, therefore its compatibility may be unpredictable during this time.
In the meantime, we would recommend using an alternative web browser if interested in using this tool. We apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of this."

Re: hl charts - are they working
Almost useful info but probably not for granny
Its a known problem and we are working on it but it requires co-operation from Google which is slower than expected.
Look at the webpage we have amended with the alternative solution so you dont think its us
