It's possible to have your LSE RNS email, external web site rss feeds and output from change detection in the same client.
I agree with you, rss if a perfect tool for investors. I also used to use the rss RNS feeds from the LSE and Investegate.
I now just take to email RNS from the LSE and don't bother with Investegate. The LSE email feed is a bit dodgy on occassions, so I also keep the "news exlplorer page" open and check if got anyhting that might have got lost or isn't in my watchlist or portfolio.
I then use change detection and rss to monitor blogs, portfolio companies etc.
I wish that Fitch https://www.fitchratings.com/search/ also published an rss feed and then I could provide my own filter for companies I was interested in, as it's also a very useful source.
