PM's not going through?

PM's not going through?
Trying to send a PM to someone but I cant get it from the Outbox to "sent". Tried to send three times now. I have only kept a few messages so well within the amount allowed. Unless certain posters have a block on PM's being sent, could you kindly tell me pls what I am doing wrong as never happened before.

You're not doing anything wrong. The message will move from Outbox to Sent once the recipient reads it. That's the way it works.
