The first date offered is May 1st, which is exactly 12 weeks after the first.
I've heard of people getting earlier dates. Perhaps they were to make up jabbee shortfalls on the day.
Is this usual - exactly 12 weeks - or are we now skating on thin ice as regards vaccine supplies?

Coincidentally I tried to do the same about an hour ago.
First I get this somewhat accusatory message:
You need to book your 2nd appointment again. You were unable to go to/missed your 2nd appointment to get the coronavirus vaccination. This means you need to book your 2nd appointment again. Click continue to book your 2nd appointment.
For the avoidance of doubt I have never managed to get a second appointment, so I know I can't have missed it.
Then:
We cannot find a slot for your 2nd appointment. There are currently no appointment slots available for you to have your 2nd appointment at this vaccination centre. Based on the date of your 1st appointment you need to have your 2nd appointment after 16 Apr 2021. You can try selecting a different vaccination centre for your 2nd appointment.
I tried a few random Berkshire postcodes and finally got offered a chemist in south London which I didn't much like the look of, so I'll try yet again another day.
