Had an email telling me that the P.O CC is going to be replaced by a Jaja card and I expect that they will send a new card in due course.
Only problem is that I closed the P.O CC some years ago and sent the card in two pieces back to them as requested. After about a year or so they stopped sending me paper statements with a zero expenditure.
I hope that their left hand doesn,t know what the right hand is doing and that they will NOT send me a new card!

Yes I had the same email, probably just sent to everyone on their mailing list. I still use the card when I (and if I do ever again) travel overseas.

If they do, send it back to them in the same envelope.
Repeat process ad nauseam. They'll get the message.

Re: Post Office Credit Card moving to Jaja
Had another email from Jaja giving me bank details and asking me to register with a new app and online.
Since I closed the account years ago this is idiotic.
On Trustpilot there are many severe criticisms of this appalling company, and suggesting avoid like the coronavirus.
