Safestyle UK (SFE) guides H2 rev down 34%. Order intake in last 8 weeks up 23%, ahead of mgmt exp. Initial installation revenues only marginally ahead due to capacity limit but up 17% in last 3 weeks. Outlook "not yet clear whether the recent performance is sustainable in an environment where confidence and consumer demand remain uncertain." [SP=27.48 Cap=37m]
Tissue Regenix (TRX) starts first phase of its planned manufacturing capacity expansion programme in US. Demand, in particular the BioRinse orthopaedic product portfolio, continues to grow and the first phase will increase BioRinse processing capacity by 50%. [SP=0.34 Cap=24m]
Sareum (SAR) encouraging results for its small molecule dual tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2) and Janus kinase 1 (JAK1) inhibitors in disease model studies of systemic lupus. Is that a computer sim then? This may lead to the development of a therapy for lupus that does not involve the harmful side effects of systemic immune system suppression. [SP=0.77 Cap=25m]
French Connection (FCCN) slow start to sales since store reopening. "We are seeing sales volumes grow week on week, as further relaxation of the lockdown continues, however we anticipate this to be a gradual process especially in larger cities." Potential partnerships are progressing with two leading Italian banking institutions that intend to use the SYME platform to service their existing customers. Also Discussions with a large UK financial institution relating to a UK inventory monetisation pilot programme are progressing. City Pub Group (CPC) pleased with "encouraging performance" since reopening. LFL sales down 27% since 4 July.Traded profitably and generated cash due to cost cuts. [SP=70.44 Cap=72m]
Oncimmune (ONC) Roche has exercised its option to increase the scope and value of the cornerstone contract announced in May. Value increase 'substantial'. End date still Nov. [SP=116.06 Cap=74m]
River and Mercantile (RIV) Q4(June) fee earning AUM/NUM up 9.3%. FY is up 11%. Confident. [SP=183.66 Cap=157m]
Regional REIT (RGL) Q2 Rent Collection Rises to 91.4%. [SP=68 Cap=293m]
Location Sciences (LSAI) guides H1(June) rev up 43%. Has cash to until Q2 2021. Outlook "expect advertising revenues to return, albeit perhaps not to 2019 levels, however, with a renewed focus on local marketing, something which Location Sciences is ideally positioned to benefit from." K3 Bus Technology (KBT) FY(Nov). Online Blockchain (OBC) re SP rise: "development of PTC.Network is only at the initial beta testing stage of development and therefore it is too early to determine how longer term traffic (and in time sales) may develop." [SP=22.44 Cap=2m]

BigDish (DISH) 1250 restaurants have joined, including prev announced Pizza Hut. BigDish-to-GO will launch in beta towards the end of next week. Recall that DISH currently not charging. [SP=2.5 Cap=9m]
Omega Diagnostics (ODX) UK Rapid Test Consortium, of which Omega is a partner, has had the covid antibody test approved for professional use. [SP=61 Cap=109m]
SigmaRoc (SRC) guides H1(June) rev up 83%, U/L EBITDA up 91%, ahead of mgmt expectations. No FY guidance. [SP=40 Cap=101m]

Reason "to crystalise an attractive return on invested capital with respect to the Sale Companies, reduce net debt and also to provide additional financial flexibility to support the further progress of the Continuing Group." BBB's remaining operations will consist of its Australian ops, its majority interest in Quickline and its Nordics business. [SP=91 Cap=52m]
Physiomics (PYC) wins contract for a modelling project involving Physiomics' Virtual Tumour™ immuno-oncology model worth c. 20% of FY19 rev. [SP=9.37 Cap=9m]
Vela Technologies (VELA) proposed rescue recap. Includes £1m placing at 0.024p, a 66% discount, £550k bond con version and asset sales. [SP=0.07 Cap=1m]
Everyman Media Group (EMAN) cuts new cinema openings to 8 from 11. Admissions since reopening are at 'encouraging levels given the scarcity of new content currently." I'm not terribly encouraged by that. [SP=83 Cap=76m]
Oncimmune (ONC) publication of the study that shows detection of lung cancer using its blood-based biomarkers demonstrates a 36% reduction in later stage diagnoses of lung cancer. "This publication will unlock discussions with a number of health systems on implementation." [SP=127.2 Cap=81m]

One that snuck under the wire yesterday

Ashley House (ASH) plc ("Ashley House" or the "Company") announces that it has filed a Company Voluntary Arrangement ("CVA") proposal and is in discussions for the Company to potentially combine with Piper Homes plc ("Piper"), an unlisted Midland based housing developer, by way of a Reverse Takeover or similar transaction.
