Rev would have been $7.6m on old rev model, down 35%. Co "expects any contract wins before the end of this year to be for recurring revenue. Whilst the Company will, therefore, benefit from the smoother and higher quality earnings from this contract profile, it is unlikely that any further contracts won this year will result in significant additional revenue being recognised in 2020." Will be the with take-home capsules of Foralumab, a Fully Human Anti-CD3 Monoclonal Antibody. Ricardo (RCDO) £29.3m max placing and PrimaryBid offer at 333p, a 9% discount, to cut debt. Q1 trading: orders up 19% but includes automotive order intake over £20m for two large multi-year programmes workable over a longer period. Co continues to experience challenging conditions in Automotive & Industrial. EMEA and expects the order intake that is workable in the short term to remain at a low level in the remaining months of H1 [SP=369 Cap=197m]

Re mrf of too-good-to-be-true covid ultra-rapid screener invented by a 4 man band: "There remains a wide range of possible outcomes but Virolens® is proceeding through regulatory approvals and devices have been shipped to initial launch customers for operational trials in a number of different jurisdictions." [SP=224 Cap=390m]
Redcentric (RCN) For Sale flag lowered because "discussions did not materialise into any fully funded offers". H1(Sept) rev up 7% and adj EPS 3.61p up 50%. [SP=129 Cap=201m]
Manolete Partners (MANO) gets £2.8m net cash from case end, in line with book value. Payable over 3 years. [SP=302.5 Cap=132m]

"In addition, the Company delivered additional capital to its Royalty Partners which experienced growth opportunities during the pandemic. Stanley Gibbons (SGI) H1(Sep) rev-cont down 26%, pretax-cont -£2.2m (-£0.66m). Vague essay of an outlook. LoopUp warns, Michelmersh cements progress.

Tungsten (TUNG) warns FY rev flat and adj EBITDA not less than £3.2m, materially lower than previous guidance. Blames "lower transaction volumes, product mix of new sales, our new Total AR contracts requiring increased set-up costs, as well as additional costs related to our investment in the sales team." Good job they didn't have to replace the kitchen sink. [SP=33.7 Cap=43m]
Quadrise Fuels (QFI) long AGM stmt has nothing new but co "very pleased to be able to provide a comprehensive update to our shareholders" as if being able to write such a statement was a special bonus. [SP=1.8 Cap=19m]
LoopUp (LOOP) trading. Instability makes it "challenging to provide specific guidance on near-term expectations". Meetings and Event businesses robust and strong momentum in our Cloud Telephony but an acceleration of churn in non-Professional Services sectors. Guides FY rev at least 18% up, moderately below market expectations. Immunodiagnostic Systems (IDH) two covid Rapid Test kits now available for sale in the UK, EU and other CE-mark countries. Cites 99.2% specificity and 96.7% sensitivity for the better of the two tests. [SP=198.06 Cap=57m]
Walker Crips Group (WCW) H1(Sep) rev down 8%, pretax -£0.45m (+£0.62m). "Contrary to our worst fears, investor confidence and the financial services market remain resilient." H2 rev benefited from the rise in markets. Outlook "No doubt we have a difficult year ahead...[but] remain cautiously optimistic." [SP=27.9 Cap=12m]
Scholium (SCHO) H1(Sep) rev down 14%, pretax -£158k (+£64k). Better than mgmt expectations earlier this year. Guides H2 loss as well. [SP=35 Cap=5m]
