Hi,
was thinking of buying Pembroke VCT shares. Why B? There's no other Pembroke listed on the AIC site.
As always thanks,
SB.

Re: Pembroke 'B' shares.
SB,
when the Pembroke VCT listed they only had ordinary shares which were intended as fixed life, similar to a vintage in private equity.
A few years later they added the 'B' shares as 'evergreens' and only issued new ordinaries for dividend reinvestment.
Another few years and the ordinaries were all converted to 'B' shares, hence they only have 'B' shares now.

Re: Pembroke 'B' shares.
Cheers Kidman,
I spoke to Wealth Club who confirmed that only B shares were available. Thanks for your explanation. It wouldn't have been the first time that I have made the wrong investment.
As always,
Big thanks to the VCT community!
