Not entirely happy with the product and wrote to the supplier explaining my concern and said that I was thinking of returning item. In the end I decided to keep the item. Now I receive a postcard (yes remember them) through the post from the supplier basically stating that if I give the item a 5 star rating I would receive a £20 gift voucher for the site.

Non-paywalled version here
I have had a similar offering a refund of £4 (I think) from a marketplace vendor to withdrawing a negative review about sending a book through the post packed just in a thin grey plastic bag. I refused and let the review stand, but it soon got lost with the number of more recent reviews.
