I'm up for the challenge
Apparently it is a cover of the hymn Nefol Dad, according to this Tweet that links to the same Youtube video.

The lyrics (in the original Welsh) are here: https://gobaith.cymru/nefol-dad-mae-eton-nosi/
and in Google Translate here: https://gobaith-cymru.translate.goog/ne ... _tr_pto=sc

Thanks Breelander for that. I really do appreciate your help with this.
I'm not Welsh but there's no doubt that both the country the language touch a chord with me,
Thanks again, Sussexlad.

Welsh is a language option on the free DuoLingo app if interested. The various DMJrs have all done well in their compulsory Welsh lessons, but all of them have dropped it at the earliest possible opportunity.
