Adding Premium bonds to NS&I a/c

Hi Folks,

Just had another win on Premium Bonds (not enought to 'change my life'). Noticed I can have any wins paid direct to my bank account. 'Already registered then just login etc.' Logged into my long time NS&I (I don't actually have any savings with them but the account still works.) Couldn't find anywhere to add my Premium Bonds. Do I have to register a separate PB account or what?

I can't remember how I did it but they're both there under one login for me.

Suggests you'll need to write to them to find your Bond holder number to start with....

Hi,

I have the PB ID etc. They just don't appear on my National Savings a/c when I logon. I'll contact them after Christmas and see what's going on. Don't expect I shall have another win for a few months anyway !!

I suggest that you make a pot (not just a cup) of tea or coffee before you ring

Log onto your NS&I a/c. Select 'Your profile' and there you will see 'Your prize options'. Change if required.

I had the same problem a year ago and had to write (snailmail) to them
