Re: Perthshire Social. Early June time
One of those great words that is descriptive and sounds just right.
What sort of thing did you have in mind? Probably too far / too busy for me this time to be honest.

Re: Perthshire Social. Early June time
I might be interested. I live in Clackmannshire, about half a mile from the Perthshire boundary, so it would depend a bit on which area of Perthshire as the far-flung parts of the county would be quite a long way from here!

I might consider putting in an appearance depending on Covid situation.
Re: Perthshire Social. Early June time
Unfortunately I am pretty much always away hillwalking at weekends. Crieff would suit very well though!

Perhaps you could meet in a telephone box if you can find one.

Re: Perthshire Social. Early June time
I realised it's July but was wondering if it happened given the turmoil of this year.
I am sorry to hear nobody joined you for a pint. I like to think of people enjoying a beer and a chat.
The address is misleading it's not actually Blairgowrie, it's Ardler which means it's just outside Coupar Angus. It's one of these post office "worm hole" addresses
