Interim Dividend
The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce the first quarterly interim dividend in respect of the three month period to 31 March 2024 of 1.8675 pence per ordinary share (the "Q1 Dividend"). The shares will go ex-dividend on 16 May 2024 and the Q1 Dividend will be paid on 28 June 2024 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 17 May 2024.
Which is a slight increase on the 4th qtr dividend and on last years 1st qtr dividend. No scrip as the shares are at more than 10% discount to NAV.
