I have had these a couple of times before, and always just got one at the Post Office.

Well, it turns out that the PO no longer provides this service, as of April 2024. And absent that they are surprisingly hard to get. You cannot apply for one online nor even by post. You can get one at designated Paypoint locations but they all seem to be out of the way.

Any other ideas?

Looks fairly clear cut that it's Paypoint - which when I use their link to search does still include some Post Offices.
