Social Housing REIT
I have held PHP and TRY for many years but I know little about the Social Housing area. Are they worth investing in for diversification and a little more yield?

Personally I invested in a Social Housing IT (CSH) for exactly the reasons that you have mentioned, two years ago. At the time there were a few concerns, so I got the shares cheap.
Here is a more recent IC article on them.

However I don't hold either PHP or TRY. Would CSH help you diversify or simply increase your property exposure?

Re: Social Housing REIT
Thanks for that. I have looked at CSH and Triple Point Social Housing (SOHO) and my intention is to sell some of PHP (Medical Centres) and TRY to fund a purchase of another area in the property sector.
